The YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister YS Sharmila has made the shocking comments on Mangalagiri TDP MLA candidate Nara Lokesh on Monday. She said that in Chandrababu Naidu's regime, AP has gone 25 years backward.
