Performances : Sumanth Ashwin has given a wonderful performance in the film and he has improved a lot in terms of acting but still Sumanth Ashwin can do better. Rehana looks beautiful and she has got a good role in the film and she has done perfect justice for that. She looks promising in the debut film and she might be flooded with offers soon. The comedians Vennela Kishore, Sapthagiri, Viva Harsha, Patamatalanka Naveen has tried to make the audience laugh but they are not completely successful in this aspect. The rest of the actors made their presence felt by supporting the lead actors. Plus Points : Music Cinematography Performances Minus Points : Story Screenplay Direction Chakkiligintha From Reviewer View : Chakkiligintha is a youthful entertainer but it fails to entertain you in the expected way. The film has a good set of actors and the lead actors also performed well but the director failed to make use of the actors and he failed to provide a proper script for the film. There is a lot of confusing moments in the film and it all happened due to lack of clarity in the script. The film has a story that isn’t routine completely. The story if dealt well could have been a super hit for sure but the director has fallen flat and failed to execute the story properly. The audience feels bored and confused at several points in the film. The director misses several important points to clarify in the film and he left them unanswered. The technical and production team efforts for the film need special mention and their hard work is really appreciable. The film looks rich and grand and colourful. The cinematography by Sai Sriram is awesome and he has done a fantastic job with his camera. He has been getting back to back offers these days and his work is an advantage in the film. The director is successful in coordinating his technical team. The music by Mickey J Meyer is an instant hit and all the songs in the film are impressive. Mickey J Meyer has also provided good background score in the film which has supported the scenes very well. The editing is good but the editor could have sent few unwanted scenes to the trash bin. The film has a cute love story and mainly the story revolves around the heroine but this is the first film for the heroine and she fails to bring an impression and we feel that a known face might have served the purpose. The romance between the lead actors is not good and their chemistry did not work. There are lot of good things and pleasant moments that one expect from a story like this and all of them are missing in the film and finally at the end, the director wraps up the film with a confusion!
First Half : Good Second Half : Boring ANDHRAVILAS single line verdict : Chakkiligintha offers you what is not expected from the film and in addition to that, it tests your patience.
