Boochamma Boochadu Review | One Time Watch Thriller

Film : Boochamma Boochadu Cast : Sivaji, Kainaz Mothiwala, Srinivas Reddy, Vennela Kishore, Brahmanandam and others Music : Sekhar Chandra Produced by : Prasad Reddy and Ramesh Anamreddy Directed by : Revan Yadhu Story : Prabhakar and Senorita love each other and they get married and lead a happy life. All of a sudden differences arise between them and they start quarreling and on advice of a doctor, they leave for a farm house and they have a baby named Lavanya. Prabhakar and Senorita are unhappy with each other and on one fine day, they burn each other in flames and the farm house will be demolished. Later another Villa is constructed in that place. Karthik(Sivaji) and Sravani(Kainaz Mothiwala) purchase the villa and they come to the farm house for a week. They discover that something is going wrong. What is happening in the villa? Is Prabhakar and Senorita still alive as ghosts? How did Karthik and Sravani manage everything? The answers for the above questions cook up the entire story of this film. Review : Performances : Sivaji and Kainaz Mothiwala are the two persons we need to talk about and both of them have cleverly made their mark with their performances. Sivaji is already proved as an actor. Earlier we have seen him in the films like Mantra where he had given his best in these genres. He is back with a remarkable performance in this film. He has maintained everything perfectly and he did his job very well. In some scenes, his variation in the performance is very good. Kainaz Mothiwala is introduced with this film and she is imported from Bollywood. Kainaz also did a good job with both glamor and performance. Though the trailer and the posters leave an impression that Kainaz is limited to a glamor role, the film completely show her in a performance oriented role. On a whole both the lead actors performed well. Other actors like Brahmanandam, vennela Kishore, Jabardasth gang, Srinivas reddy are ok in their roles. Cinematography : The cinematography is handled by Vijay Mishra and he has made the film look colorful and his work is worthy in the film. Cinematography is good in the film. Editing : Editor is Praveen Pudi and the film could be edited for few more scenes too. The film is a bit slow. Especially few scenes involving jabardasth team can be sent to trash as it is too long that kills the viewing experience. It could have been cut short. Music : The music is done by Sekhar Chandra. He has delivered fine music for the film and his back ground score is also apt and it travelled with the mood. Though the songs will not leave any good impression, it leaves a pleasant watching experience for the viewers. Story & Screenplay & Dialogues & Direction : The story, screenplay and dialogues are penned by Sai Krishna. The story is good but we have been watching the films like this where the makers try to thrill audience with the plots in a closed villa and we are habituated with this kind of formula in horror/thriller genres. The interesting and and appreciable thing about this is the mix of comedy in the horror to get entertainment is neat. The direction is handled by Rowan Yadu who is also called Yadagiri. He has maintained great command on all the departments. The audience feel bore with few scenes and the director could have dealt them with more script work. The screenplay is good but it involved some lags too. On a whole it is a decent attempt. Boochamma Boochadu From Reviewer View : The first half of the film starts slow and gradually picks up the pace. The film is completely performances oriented and the lead actors did their job well. The film screenplay has lags and you feel bored at several points and when the film gets into the actual plot, interest will be generated and though everything seem predictable, you wonder how director end the film as you are left with no clue. Cleverly, the director had a convincing ending that will be accepted by almost everyone. That is an advantage for this film. The film is made with less budget and the production values are good. The technical aspects if the film are also ok. You can give it a one time watch. First half : Slow Second Half : Good Verdict : Boochamma Boochadu is a thriller that will entertain you with good comedy. Give a one time watch for this film to get relieved from stress!
